Culture & Context

The art will be in dialogue with the aesthetic expression of the building. The youth culture of the pupils is the starting point for the art. An artistic use of words and images will reflect this culture in the architecture and in the environment. The images will be influenced by pop-art, and the texts are based on students’ expressions and their own statements. This is integrated in the environment at the entrance formed by texts in the stairs and sculptural seating objects in concrete with integrated images and texts. -From the public art plan in the building project.
