Culture & Context

inspired by superstitions shared to me though family. The first superstition being “the first foot” a Scottish tradition of bringing a gift to a household at new year if you are the first person to enter of the new year. The second being another Scottish tradition of hanceling a purse or a bag with a coin to bring good luck and monetary success to the owner.
