Process & Production
Tessellating patterns were drawn in CAD and the vector files exported for waterjet cutting.
Shapes were cut from three different coloured sheets of glass before being cleaned and assembled into a new sheet of glass, creating a tessellating pattern.
This was then fused in a kiln, before being cut into a circle and slumped into a mould to create the bowl form.
