Process & Production

  • This piece is composed of microscope slides (1mm x 26mm x 75mm), that have been screen-printed with low fired white glass enamel.
  • The slides were then balanced over a former in the kiln, before having a long, slow firing between 580ºC – 610º
  • They were fixed into the frame using UV glass adhesive.
