Process & Production

Pomegranate rind used at 400% WOF (weight of fibre). Plant material soaked in boiling water, left overnight before simmering at 80C for one hour. Removed plant material before adding fabric. Overnight dye bath.

Cellulose fibres two step pre mordanted with oak gall powder @ 12% WOF and aluminium potassium sulfate @ 20% WOF.

Protein fibres pre mordanted with aluminium potassium sulfate @ 15% WOF.
