Process & Production

Cutting cathedral glass to the desired shape. Mixing of opalescent vitreous enamels with water and gum arabic until Right Consistency is reached. Applying colours to the glass through handpainting. After each wash of paint a firing at about 605° C in order to melt the paintlayers to the glass. Assembling glass pieces and lead cames, ultimately soldering of connection points.
