What craft do you work with?

I have been working with graphic arts since 2017. My path begins as a muralist, specifically urban regeneration through muralism, involving local people according to the projects to make them participate and responsible for the work to be carried out.
For about a year I have opened an art studio with my girlfriend where we deal with product design and art courses with people, as well as external projects oriented towards art for the social. As for the products, I deal with illustration, graphic design and ceramic modelling / decoration.

What inspires you to work with this craft?

I have been drawing since I was a child and I always like to experiment with new techniques to be applied to illustration. I like to use watercolors, pastels and acrylics as a colouring technique on papers and canvas; I love using clay and experimenting with new ceramic decoration techniques.

How would you best describe your workspace and what tools could you not do without?

My workspace is an open space, it is divided into two parts: the shop where people can buy my handmade products and the laboratory dedicated to the creation of courses and of course to the production and prototyping of my products.

Are there new Techniques you would like to try?

I would like to learn metalworking and improve screen printing techniques on paper and fabric.

What have you learnt that you would like to share with fellow crafters?

As for my experience, having opened a studio, I have had to deal with all the bureaucracy that is behind the free profession and the opening of a space. My advice is not to close yourself in a specific technique but always look for new suggestions to improve yourself.

What professional dream do you have?

One of my main goals is to become a reference point for art in my city and maybe even be recognized outside my country.
