Artist Statement

I am interested in the complex social and ecological dilemmas of our time, such as human intervention in nature, species at risk of extinction, loss of biodiversity, and how all of this is connected.

What inspires you to work with this craft?

Painting and textile works inform each other through a dynamic and constant dialogue

How do you start your creative process?

I use my painted sketches in my process to make the finished textile pieces.
