What craft do you work with?

Muliple crafts: woodworking, knitting, analogue photography, ceramics

What inspires you to work with this craft?

I’m interested in the materiality of things, and in material studies, so to me, all crafts matter, depending on the project, I used different techniques/skills and incorporate them into my work.

How do you start your creative process?

I usually start from found objects, stories or materials, and then evolve my projects out of it. The most enjoyable part is always the beginning. The most difficult part is always the middle, but that is where it gets interesting.

How would you best describe your workspace and what tools could you not do without?

I work in my own small studio and have access to a couple of other workshops (wood workshop, metal workshop, digital workshop)

Are there new techniques you would like to try?

Always! E.g. machine-controlled knitting.
