Process & Production

Mixing of opalescent vitreous enamels with water and screen printing medium until right consistency is reached. Applying opalescent vitreous enamels to the front glass through screenprinting. Applying opalescent vitreous enamels to the back glass through handpainting. Applying opalescent vitreous enamels to the front glass through handpainting. Succesive firings at about 605° C between washes of paint, in order to melt the paintlayer to the glass.
