Process & Production

Antique clear glass, cut to shape and size.

Reusche glass paints mixed with vinegar mixed to eye to form single cream consistency. Shading was completed first. Matt the glass covering the whole glass with brown tone pigment using a badger brush. Dry and clean away pigment using stippling brushes, pins and feathers where shading and highlighting is required. Dry. Use crow brush to apply line work. Fired to 500*c held for 10 mins then up to 620.C  and off.
