Red and orange enamel sample

Process & Production

Rectangular piece of mild steel sandblasted to clean sprayed on both sides with WG Ball wet process enamel ground coat and fired. Enamel applied in several steps fired between the first and following steps at 820C for 2 mins.
Processes:
• white enamel sprayed on one side and fired
• orange and red enamel applied by pouring
worked back into enamel with brush while still wet
and dried and worked into with compass point
