Process & Production

The density of the image varies with the raster of the original image. Dot and line screens as well as diffusion dithers are possible. Graphic patterns with clear delineation of shapes can also be prepared without a raster. The viscosity of the ink also plays a major role in the application of the screen. In this example, a mixture of 40% Silkscreen oil and 60% Terpentien oil was used.The paint must be applied to the non-tin side of the float glass.
