Culture & Context

Process & Production

Porcelain slip was painted to the plaster molds. They two parts were put together and slip filled the form. Pause for 2 hours, then removing slip through the opening. Then filling the opening with a closing form, to be rested with top down. Some glaze powder put on. Fired to 1200 degrees.

Recipe Details

Blue: Cobalt Oxide: 2% and 1%. Brown: Iron Oxide: 1%.
