Process & Production

The shape of readymades in metall are going to be casted in glass. Gelflex is melted in the microwave and poured on to the object which is mounted in a small removable box. After the Gelflex has dried, the object is removed and wax is poured into the open space in the Gelflex mould. The wax is removed from the mould,  after drying, and another mould of plaster and flint is made around the wax-object. Before casting the glass in the plaster mould, the wax needs to be properly removed using a steamer.
