Process & Production

Rosemary (leaf and twig) used at 400% WOF (weight of fibre). Plant material soaked in boiling water, left overnight before simmering at 80C for one hour. Removed plant material before adding fibre. 3 hour dye bath. Post modified with iron (ferrous sulfate) @2% WOF.

Cellulose fibres two step pre mordanted with oak gall powder @ 12% WOF and aluminium potassium sulfate @ 20% WOF.
