Specific Technique

Fiberglass is dipped in the porcelain and formed on a cast form in a semi-wet state. Then they are painted with salt chlorides and the various elements are fired to 1350 C in a Japanese Anagama kiln for 5 days. The ash creates a layer of ash glaze depending on where and how the objects are placed in the kiln. Finally, the different parts are assembled together into one object.
