I trained as a graphic designer but always loved textiles and recently started designing and making textile based products – cushions, scarves, bags.
What craft do you work with?
Textiles
What inspires you to work with this craft?
My bags are sewn from natural linen that I have sourced locally, in Scotland.
How do you start your creative process?
They are mainly ends of rolls and so each bag is unique.
How would you best describe your workspace?
I print and sew in my home studio.
Are there new techniques you would like to try?
I add knitted bands (recycled cotton) to complete the design
