Process & Production
Glass painting technique. The glass paint is mixed with water with a little gum arabic added. The painted trace lines are painted with a rigger brush and then kiln fired at 600c. A violet enamel mixed with water is applied to the flower in sweeps created movement/contours with the brush stroke and a green enamel mixed with water to the leaves with a thicker rigger brush in sweeps and fired in the kiln.
